  • Security tags (including permanent tags)
• Returns require advance notification to our team prior to shipment

Return Process

• Initiate returns within 3 calendar days of delivery (postmark deadline)
• Customers bear return shipping/insurance costs
• Shipments must be fully insured for item value

Inspection & Refunds

• All returns undergo professional inspection to verify original condition
• Approved refunds exclude:
  • Return shipping/insurance costs incurred by us
  • Transaction fees (credit card, PayPal, financing charges)
